ARCHIMODELS have also been involved with Toplace Developers building Castle Hill’s first Skyscraper site.
This series of 5 Skyscrapers will be built over a period of 5 years and will change the skyline of Castle Hill. ARCHIMODELS assisted in creating a 3metre x 1.5metre model of the master plan in conjunction with the Marketing team at Colliers International and the developer direct.
With a strong interest in Australian property from overseas investors, Brady Group took the opportunity to showcase their new development 380 Lonsdale Street at the Singapore Yacht Show. ARCHIMODELS was commissioned to produce a couple of 3 metre tall model in a record 3 week production period. The team at ARCHIMODELS then coordinated delivery and installation at the Yacht show for a 5 day sales event which saw many apartments sold.
ARCHIMODELS was commissioned to produce three Marketing Models of two sites including one Masterplan. The site being the largest developent site for Newcastle this year. Their launch last month was a complete success with over 65% sold. You’ll see from the photos, there was a rather large turn out alowing the models to take centre stage.
St Vincent's hospital was built with the philanthropic commitment of Sydney's elite. ARCHIMODELS was engaged to prepare a model to showcase the scale and design of the the project to potential donors.
